Rogue Rider Industries offers a 30 Day - No Hassle return policy on parts and accessories. All special orders are not returnable/refundable. Rogue Rider Industries products in new, uninstalled/unopened condition will not incur a restocking fee. Items purchased with our Free Shipping option will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original payment method. In order to qualify you will need to provide proof of purchase and the product must be in new, uninstalled/unopened condition. IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or defective product please let us know immediately upon receipt. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping on returns is at the customers expense unless covered under limited warranty.
